1. Send an enquiry

Submitting the website form sends your request to our private enquiry inbox and gives you a reference on screen. It does not reserve tee times, rooms or vehicles, create a booking or take payment. You do not need an account to enquire.

2. We check the arrangements

We review your dates, courses, party size, equipment, accommodation preferences and travel. Providers’ visitor rules and availability need checking. Let us know any essential access requirements or fixed arrival and departure times early.

3. Review your written quotation

Before accepting, check the business or supplier providing each service, the total price, inclusions and exclusions, room basis, tee-time details, transport arrangements and any services you must book separately. The quotation should explain how your arrangements will be booked and who takes payment.

4. Confirmation and payment

Follow the acceptance and payment instructions supplied with your written quote. Any deposit, balance deadline and booking confirmation are provided for your particular arrangements. This website currently takes no payments and does not request card details.

Changes, cancellations and weather

Ask for the applicable cancellation and change conditions before accepting a quote or paying. These may differ between golf, accommodation and travel suppliers. A course closure, bad weather or a missed tee time can have different consequences; check how each would be handled in your booking documents.
